The WIT Network in partnership with ATHENA international have hosted over 700 women through the Being ATHENA Leadership Development Program. This experiential learning opportunity has helped women better understand the eight leadership principals created by Martha Mertz
Many women have received promotions on top of their increased confidence after participating in this program.
We interviewed twelve incredible women from around the globe who shared their stories after participating in our multi-week training program. They each selected a leadership principal that meant the most to them and one that truly changed their thinking and direction.

The pandemic changed the lives of everyone however women, especially those with school-aged children, took on the extra burden of homeschooling while attempting to manage a career.
