Disparities Persist
According to a recent UN report, bias against women persists in the workplace, with nine out of ten individuals exhibiting such bias. Moreover, women occupy less than 24% of management positions in companies, and there remains a pervasive gender pay gap across all levels of employment. It is imperative that we cultivate more women in the workplace who aspire to advance into management and leadership roles and The WIT Network is dedicated to realizing this mission.
